For more than two decades, we have empowered engineers and manufacturers to continually improve processes, reinforce a culture of compliance and drive quality from a single source of truth.

Our Story

Singlepoint is proudly part of the AGSS Group family, which includes Waypoint Global and Redthorn.

Starting in the early 2000’s, the Singlepoint team recognised that traditional, prescriptive compliance management software was no longer sufficient for the needs of modern businesses. While many organisations were doing similar things, they were all doing them in slightly different ways. We set out to create a new software solution that was flexible and adaptable to the needs of each individual customer.

In 2006 we developed a new solution featuring an integrated process design platform, leading to our initial Issue Management and Engineering Change Management modules. This web-based tool was designed for easy deployment, aiming to centralise all business process management needs.

Fast forward to today, Singlepoint has evolved and expanded into a complete quality management and compliance offering, which includes our compliance-strength Document Managment capabilities and unique Visual Navigator that puts users in control of interface design.

With a full suite of modules, Singlepoint offers a variety of deployment options, including cloud and on-premise, to fit your organisation’s specific needs and budget, with flexible plans ranging from the standard Singlepoint Core offering to our customisable Singlepoint Professional tier.

We continue to be committed to innovation and translate new technologies and market opportunities into new offerings and enhanced processes. Our dedicated Innovation team champions a culture of continual improvement, actively incorporates customer feedback and draws inspiration from external ideas, all grounded in Innovation Engineering principles.

Looking ahead, we aim to broaden Singlepoint’s capabilities to address an increasing number of business needs such as Learning Management and tracking and reporting against NetZero goals.
