Support at every step

The challenge

Bandvulc’s initial challenge revolved around an efficient audit process, primarily for internal and health and safety audit management

The need for real-time reports, streamlined non-conformities handling and a tool that permitted audits even off the primary network was evident.

Before Singlepoint, the lack of a unified system hindered their ability to manage operations seamlessly and make informed decisions quickly.

Our solution

Over the years, various Singlepoint modules have been onboarded into Bandvulc’s operations.

A significant advancement was the automated audit scheduling and execution which permitted a complete transformation of their audit processes.  Paired with the Audit App for tablets, the Bandvulc SHEQ team could execute audits irrespective of their connectivity to the primary network.

Moreover, any non-conformities could be instantly streamed into the integrated CAPA module, ensuring a comprehensive solution within a singular system.

The Results

Upon integrating Singlepoint into their operations, Bandvulc Group experienced a notable transformation in their audit management, particularly ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

The newly implemented system unveiled a layer of transparency that was previously missing, making it easier for the team to monitor and track user activities.

Additionally, external audits became more efficient due to the automatic audit trails. The introduction of the iPad app was a game-changer, especially for Health and safety audits. The ability to conduct off-site audits, attach photos, and function without a constant connection made fieldwork significantly more streamlined.

Moreover, one of the key highlights was the minimal IT involvement required. This not only made Singlepoint a user-friendly tool but also ensured that it was easily accessible, especially for team members on the move.

“We implemented Singlepoint 6 years ago, primarily for internal and health and safety audit management, corrective actions and document control. It is very simple to administer with easy to manage permissions and control and it is easy to see who is doing what; it’s totally transparent. Coupled with a fast reaction with regard to issues and tickets, I would recommend Singlepoint”

Justin Holloway, SHEQ Manager for Bandvulc Group
